Here is how to work with it: 1.

Take this glyph and meditate upon it for several days in front of you, vibrating the word of power that is written phonetically below the image. When it is charged and bright before you

begin breathing the energy of the glyph within you. When you breathe out imagine your entire energetic being goes within the glyph, hold your lungs empty for a just a few seconds and when you draw your breath back in the new vitalized and energized energy body enters you again. (This will in some ways represent death-exhale and hold, and continuous renewal of lifeinhale)When you can feel the energy easily entering your body and can handle at least 10-15 inhalations of its power with no undue effects than imagine the glyph within your body. Once you can do that simply vibrate the word of power and allow the energy to flow to every part of your body (teeth, hair and nails, marrow of bones, every cell!) 2. When this is able to be done for ten-fifteen minutes without distraction and you enjoy the effects begin meditating that it will always be within your center, like an astral battery recharging you forever. Continue with this meditation for some time, actually imagining that it is within you and vitalizing every cell and atom of your being. 3. Use it in path-workings or as an astral gateway much like one would use the tattvas. 4.Place it astrally into food or drink, physically vibrating the word of power in order to bring the energy into a more dense, physical existence within you. 5.Evoke it as a spirit and communicate with it. 6.Place it on magical tools to assure your use of them on the astral plane for as long as you desire them. 7. Add them into current rituals that have the purpose of increasing life, purification and development (chakra work, LBRP, BRH, pre-ritual work to balance and draw power in.) 8. This glyph has a potent spirit (several actually) attached to it. Treat it with respect. As we use it so shall it be influenced. Use it for development and life and it will do well. I have spoken with the spirit of the glyph and told it that anyone abusing its power should be cut-off from its benefits immediately. I doubt any problem would come up from this but you never know, I felt it best to place a check on it.
