Please consider following terms while quoting:C- Terms of price: FOR DESTINATION D- Warranty: Supplier shall give onsite warranty of satisfactory performance of equipment being ordered for a period of 2 YEARS after acceptance of material at BEL KOTDWARA. Warranty rates are inclusive in equipment prices above. E-Annual Maintenance Contract: After completion of warranty, BEL has right /option to place Order for AMC for further 8 years . AMC will be comprehensive. The rates of the AMC will be @____or %___ PER YEAR. (Bidder to quote AMC rates). AMC is optional for BEL. F- Payment terms: 90% payment will be released after delivery & installation/ commissioning of equipment at BEL KOTDWARA. Balance 10% will be released on submission of performance BG (PBG) of 10% of Invocie value, and valid till the warranty period. Payment will be made through RTGS. G- Validity of the offer should be 90 days after price bid opening. H- Delivery schedule-- (to be quoted by bidders)
