In all that she does, she makes certain to maintain good communication with parents, teachers, support staff, and administration. She has embraced the school's'technology goals, and has shown leadership within her depaftment, guiding other teachers toward successful adoption in their own classrooms, Ms' Baker has eagerly gotten involved in school wide objectives. She has shown initiative and leadership in a variety of school activities, including girl's assistant basketball coach, secondary coordinator of the school's Autumn Fair, Basketball Marathon, and proctor of the CEMC mathematics competition. For three
years Jocelyn has sponsored the Student Council, and nuftured it from its initial inception at the secondary, to its current status as an important vehicle for student leadership, service and school spirit.

Jocelyn has always been available to help with school programs and activities. Eager to volunteer in either leadership or support roles, she intuitively recognizes what kind of assistance to provide teachers and administration in
areas of instruction as well as other campus initiatives. The International School of Shekou has been

fortunate to have Ms. Baker on the faculty. She has made a valuable contribution here. Any institution she wishes to continue her career with will benefit from her experience and professionalism"
