Section 113 of the Mississippi Constitution states, “The auditor shall, within sixty days after the adjournment of the legislature, prepare and publish a full statement of all money expended at such sessions, specifying the items and amount of each item, and to whom, and for what paid; and he shall also publish the ‘amounts of all appropriations.” The following compliance report is prepared by the Department of Finance and Administration in accordance with Section 7-7-45, Mississippi Code Annotated (1972) and released by the State Auditor. Any specific questions regarding the report would best be directed to the Department of Finance and ‘Administration, During the 2009 Regular Session of the Mississippi Legislature, there were no appropriations made from the General Fund, Special Funds or funds managed outside the State Treasury.
