    The color coded duplex examination of the patient's lower limbs revealed diffuse severe atherosclerotic changes affecting both arterial systems. In the right limb, the common femoral artery was patent but the superficial femoral artery was occluded down to the popliteal artery, which was patent, as were the tibial arteries down to the ankle. In the left limb, the findings were identical with the common femoral artery patent but superficial femoral artery occluded down to the popliteal artery, which was patent, along with the tibial arteries down to the ankle. All venous systems in both limbs showed arterial blood flow.

    Patent right common femoral artery with biphasic flow. occluded right superficial femoral artery dowin to pop.A artery Patent popliteal artery with biphasic blood flow. Patent anterior and posterior tibial artery down to the ankle level dorsalis pedis artery with damped blood flow

    Left Lower Limb :

    All venous system of both LL shows arterial blood
