Design Concept Open plan Filipinos are known as streetballers as most Filipinos play on streets/roads without enclosure. This will create an environment that will promote hospitality, showing that the Arena is open for all spectators. All spaces are accessible for the public except for VIP/suites, team areas, and others.

Fan-First Arena To ensure a fan-first arena there will be a focus on the facilities for the spectators to ensure that they will have a great experience. Some of the key considerations are: Seating to be accessed from wide corridors. Seating for people with disabilities will be distributed at various locations Toilet, food and drink outlets will be evenly distributed around the seating bowl at all levels. Kids Zone will also be located in close proximity. Toilets and food and beverage concessions will be placed nearby. Public restaurants will be distributed around the concourses and external plazas to provide tables and chairs, with the ability to provide light meals. Providing a wide mix of premium hospitality products to suit all price points, including new products that enhance the spectator/athlete interaction such as field clubs. Provision of Parking spaces for private car owners. Utilizing light as a major contributor to character and sense of place, creating a unique arena experience. Utilization and maximizing the value of the existing pedestrian bridge, loading/unloading areas and transportation hubs.
