Instructional Materials

These materials will assist students and teachers by providing them with the materials necessary to complete tasks, assignments, and projects. Some of these items include the following: Pens, pencils, construction paper, glue, binders, paper, color pencils, presentation post-its, etc. Each elective teacher should have financial literacy books available for students to read and for teachers to use during Professional Development meetings. This promotes research, reading, and learning. These are trainings, where teachers collaborate, plan interdisciplinary lessons, and incorporate financial literacy strategies into their classroom. Teachers will also write the financial literacy action plan and set goals for the academic school year.
