Testimony for Nicole Tai As the president of the Christian club, Campus Christian Movement (CCM), on campus at Monash

University, Nicole exuded leadership skills like none other. She was tireless in her work as a president to oversee the smooth running of the club and was always in the know of what was going on simultaneously. She was also very enthusiastic in everything that she does, and working with her had been nothing but fun and laughter. Her amiable, approachable and empathetic nature, together with her good listening skills, had made many people from different cultural backgrounds feel welcomed and at home and CCM. Nicole is very motivating and encouraging to the club members too and always strives to bring out the best in others, making them feel good about themselves. She is a good team player and never fails to put her hand up to do things that needs to be done. It was a privilege working with her in the committee and to be under her leadership.
