CONFORMITY CERTIFICATE

ROLLED ZINC AND FINISHED PRODUCTS

Umicore Building Products France S.A.S undertakes to supply the Hungarian market with rolled zinc in coils and sheets and finished products made out of them having properties, notably appearance, chemical composition, dimensional tolerances and mechanical qualities, which conform to the standard EN 988 and to the PREMIUMZINC label. VMZINC offers a higher quality level and has created a PREMIUMZINC label, making sure the certification of products over and beyond European Standard EN 988. The PREMIUMZINC label demands stricter specifications for some measurements, particularly flatness, chemical composition and the following mechanical properties : bend tests at 4 C and Erichsen test (deep drawing). Umicore Building Products France S.A.S is certified ISO 9001 version 2008 for its four French sites guaranteeing conception, production and sales for all VMZINC products, as well as ISO 14 001 version 2004 for its three production sites for environment and OHSAS 18 001 version 2007 for Auby and Viviez sites for safety. This certificate is valid for all deliveries during 2012.
