DEANS LETTER October 5, 2013 To Whom It May Concern: This is to certify that CARLO MAGNO S. ESPIRITU, M.D.

has asked this Office for a letter of recommendation in support of his application to your medical institution. Dr. Espiritu was conferred the degree of Doctor of Medicine by the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery on January 12, 1999, after having completed the prescribed medical studies. He has passed all units of his pre-clinical academic studies as well as satisfactorily met expectations in his clinical sciences rotations. Furthermore, Dr. Espiritu completed a total of 12 months clinical clerkship which he started on October 16, 1997 and completed on October 15, 1998. In addition to fulfilment of all course requirements, each student must pass a final comprehensive Clinical Oral Examination. Dr. Espiritu took and passed the clinical oral examination with a grade of meritus. All our medical graduates are required to provide competent care, to be proficient in the English Language and to possess moral integrity. There is nothing on record that shows Dr. Espiritu to be an exception. He was never involved in any untoward incident that would put his moral integrity in question. This certification is issued for whatever purpose it may serve.
