Regarding Environment Ministrial Decree number 02 year 2008 stated that: Reuse is reusing hazardous waste with similar pur pose without additional processes such as chemic als, physics, biologic, and or thermal Re-cycle is recycling parts which useful /useable t hrough additional processes such as chemicals, ph ysics, biologic, and or thermal that produce similar or different items
