I feel this artifact aligns with Standard 5 Environment: Teachers know how to manage a classroom. I chose this standard because my classroom management plans show I am able to create a management plan that is clear and distinct for students to understand. A great teacher is able to change lesson plans accordingly well I believe it is the same with a classroom management plan I will not run my elementary gym class the same way I would run my high school gym class because of students emotional, physical and intellectual differences between the age groups. I am a big believer in giving the students something to play for or listen for such as a reward. So I added specific ways that I will reward my students if they do things the proper way by giving them a free day or fun day.

I feel that this experience aligns with KSD2.c. Manages Classroom Procedures. In my classroom management plans I created different ways to control the classroom so that students can have the best environment to learn. With my classroom management plan clearly stating my rules, expectations and incentives I believe students will productively stay engaged because it will be a fun environment for them to be in. my classroom management plan shows that I will be able to manage my students in both physical education and a classroom setting.
