How to extract DNA

1. Put 100 ml of the source in a blender, add 1 ml of salt, 200 ml of cold water and blend for 15 seconds. 2. Add 30 ml of detergent and swirl before standing for 5-10 minutes. Pour into glass containers. 3. Add pineapple juice and stir gently. 4. Tilt the container and add 95% isopropanol to form a layer on top. 5. Pull the DNA at the boundary out with a wooden stick.
