Guía: The Adjectives

Let´s read a little explanation.

Adjective is a word that tells us more about something. Adjectives describe or give information
about something. You can describe people, things, animals, situations, etc.

Adjectives: small, little, tall, short, same as, big. These are adjectives to describe the size of
people: Examples: Shaquille O’Neil is a tall and big man. Serena and Venus Williams are
tall and big women.

Adjectives: old, young, middle aged. These adjectives describe the age of people. Examples: My
grandfather is an old man. My mother is a middle aged woman, she is in her forties.

Adjectives: good, right, wrong, funny, happy, sad, hard, awkward, exciting, interesting, great,
important, etc. These are adjectives to describe situations. Examples: My birthday is an
important and funny day. The conversation is interesting.
