AUTOMAIC TRANSFORMER HEAT REDUCTION SYSTEM

SYNOPSIS
Automatic transformer heat reduction system is a project to control the transformer temperature automatically to switch on the pump so that its oil is cooled by using the condensation process. The field of mechanical engineering has a theme word called CHANGE as its bac!bone. The new technological ad"ancements and the needs of people ha"e made us thin! about this project. #ur project is maiden "enture into the field of temperature controlling and also deals with temperature e$uipment.

INTRODUCTION %n o"er load or short circuit condition the transformers are heat "ery $uic!ly. This heat is detected by the temperature sensor and this signal is gi"en to the control unit. The control unit is switch #N the pump and the hot oil is condensation by the condenser with blower arrangement. Then the microcontroller will display the transformer temperature in &C' display.
