Job Description: - Data entry procedures: Invoicing, stock monitoring, item main tenance, Accounts entries.

- Report printing procedures: Sales report, Statement of accounts, Ageing schedu le, Price lists. Additional Shared Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers, salesmen, accountant, cashier and warehouse superv isor. - Provide administrative and secretarial support when needed. - Answer and screen phone calls. - Order and maintain offices supplies and equipment Skills and Other Requirements: - Minimum 2 yrs Experience. Fluent in English & Arabic ( Speaking & Writing both) MS office knowledge Higher Secondary Education or a University degree. Able to work under pressure Excellent communication skills Energetic, team player, goal oriented.
