DC NET ASSIGNMENT

Submission Date: 20th.November. 2012 (Marks: 10, Weight age: 10) Network Topology

Question NO 1: In the above topology perform the following task Configure the router and the PCs Accordingly. 1. Configure the routers by attaching PC-6 to Router 2, and PC- 9 to router 7 2. Assign appropriate Ip addresses, default gate way, and subnet Masks 3. For First two routers apply OSPF and show that the ping is successful 4. For Last two routers apply RIP and show the ping is successful. 5. Can Router 2 and Router 1 communicate (If yes then precede If NO then find out the solution and proceed) 6. Made relevant changes so that PC0, PC1, PC3, PC8 can be ping with each other 7. The rest of the PCs may communicate with each other but not with the above mentioned PCs (PC0.PC1, PC3,& PC8)
