Translation into English: Ian Petinov
The book contains separate fragments
of three previous volumes of the monograph Functional vegetology as a division of contemporary medicine.
They point to the reality of functional
system of human, which turned out to
be the biophysical basis of Chinese
Zhenjiu therapy and has a direct relation
to vegetative homeostasis.
Functional-vegetative
diagnostics,
which has no analogues, allowed identifying hypothetical acupunctural channels, disclose theoretical and practical
mistakes of the traditional therapy and
prove the necessity of biophysical revision of a number of the Eastern and
Western rehabilitational concepts.

The answer is simple. New

new levels of treatment-rehabilitational

the official resistance of the representatives of the old school, for whom every
reform is death-like. However, let the
resistance be. Everything has its time!

FUNCTIONAL VEGETOLOGY AS A DIVISION OF CONTEMPORARY MEDICINE (Volume-1). Ukraine, Vinnytsia, 2012,

The book has no analogues. Previously unknown functional-vegetative system of human
and the biophysical Matrix of its pathogenesis
have been discovered on the basis of the ability
of biological objects to generate electric current into external circuit. The elaborated
methodology of the functional diagnostics of
vegetative disorders (according to V. Makats)
points to the biophysical reality of traditional
acupunctural channels of the Chinese Zhenjiu
therapy, their direct relation to vegetative homeostasis, and a number of theoretical and
practical mistakes. The revealed pathogenetic
mechanisms of biophysical regulation of functional-vegetative disorders allowed elaborating highly effective rehabilitation algorithms.
The received data testify to the necessity of revision of a number of the Western therapeutic
and rehabilitation conceptions, and becomes
the basis for the new trend of contemporary
medicine Functional vegetology.

Legends about hypothetical acupunctural channels, which during centuries separated therapeutic philosophies
of the East and West have been disclosed! Methodology of identification,
based on functional-vegetative diagnostics (according to V. Makats), allowed
proving their biophysical reality and to
reveal previously unknown functionalvegetative system of human.
There is no doubt in scientific and
practical value of the raised problem.
Ancient positions of the Eastern Zhenjiu
therapy are a priori accepted by the
western society. Reflex therapy is officially recognized by the medical craft
and integrated into curriculum of state
institutions for post-graduate education.
We prepare doctors reflex therapeutists on the basis of empirical theories,
therapeutic logic of which, for the

In order to understand the elaborated

methodology, we will observe the results of the diagnostics of 12 acupunctural points (tab.1.3). Their order
number shows the sequence of observations, during 12 days; and nearly located histograms show interdependent
activity of acupunctural channels (representative acupunctural zones).

But, let us leave reflexes alone and

get down to business.
Firstly, let us take a look at abbreviation of acupunctural channels (tab. 1.2),
which should be remembered. Further,
we will be using them very often.
Table 1.2

The principle moment in their identification is the dynamics of system interdependency, which is conditioned by
artificially ordered rise (or decline) of
activity of the selected, for analysis,
channel.
Let us use examples to make the introduced methodology clear.
Example-1.
Let us observe basic table. Activity
of its acupunctural channels (LU-LI-STSR-HT-SI-BL-KI-PC-TE-GB-LR) is represented in the series of performed diagnostics 1-12. Table1.3 is random,
disordered by LU. Acupunctural channels are not identified (fig.1.4).

Comparing in traditional order (LULI-ST-SP-HT-SI-BL-KI-PC-TE-GBLR) bioelectrical activity of acupunctural channels, for the first time we have
revealed the phenomenon of differently
directed dependency during sequential
excitation of separate functional systems.
At the same time, in the chain of the
Big cycle three types of biophysical response were registered: synchronous
excitation with the system of attention,
asynchronous oppression and paradoxical reaction.
Their biophysical peculiarity is in the
following: synchronous excitation is
excitation of the system of attention,
which accompanies excitation of the
system of control; asynchronous oppression is oppression of the system of
attention, which accompanies excitation
of the system of control; paradoxical
reactions is the initial excitation of the
system of attention, which accompanies
excitation of the system of control to the
zone of its functional norm, and which
changes to oppression with its further
excitation (and, vice versa).
All mentioned types have been regularly identified during excitation of any
system (dashed) and have specifically
typical analogues (fig.2.2).

The marked repetitions (analogues) of

three types of dependency (synchronous, asynchronous and paradoxical) testify to the presence of unknown
functional complexes. In order to be
sure in its biophysical reality, we
grouped systems according to uniform
reactions on excitation of various channels. Taking into account the principle
value of the problem, let us observe it
through the prism of examination materials in female (1) and male (2) groups
(fig.2.3-2.6).
The performed analysis allows stating
the following.
1. Specificity of system-complex dependency is its synchronicity of reaction
of separate systems to excitation (oppression) of any of them.
2. Uniformity of biophysical reactions
points out compositional parts of four
functional complexes (FC): BL-SP (FC1); LI-TE-SI (FC-2); LU-PC-HT (FC3) and ST-GB-KI-LR (FC-4).
Let us observe the peculiarity of formation of complexes during rising activity of their separate representatives (BL,
LI, LU, ST) in mixed by age female ()
and male () groups. Let us start at first

further allows observing any variant of

The principle peculiarity of discovered system became functional complexes (FC). They are represented by the

Let us have a look at their functional

(.5.1).

The phenomenon of paradoxical reactions (PR) had been unknown before

our researches. Now, it has been established that to excitation of any channel
every system provides three types of
response: synchronous excitation, synchronous oppression and paradoxical
reactions. For the latter, synchronous
excitation of the dependent system is
typical. This excitation accompanies
growing activity of the Main channel to
the zone of norm, and its paradoxical
oppression after channel exceeds the
zone of functional norm (fig.5.1).

the reality of the phenomenon of functional coverage (functional cycles according to P. Anokhin).

Eventually, we elaborated two packages of standardized data: separately for

female and male groups for scientific

VEGETATIVE ESSENCE OF ZHENJIU

THERAPY.

.
The chapter is principally urgent. It

contains the issue of vegetative orienta

tion of the traditional Zhenjiu therapy
- and biophysical parallel between the

eastern concept of YIN-YANG syndrome

and the Western concept of sympathetic

- and parasympathetic activity of VNS,
which is responsible for vegetative equi librium (vegetative homeostasis).

Since the previous century, our native

physiological school holds the priority
. , in the development of reflexology. But
the problem is that the ideas of reflec tive conditioning of physiological and
( pathological processes (that are in the
) heart of the theory of nervism) have
23

been unreasonably taken to understand

the principle metaphysical positions of

.
the Eastern therapeutic philosophy. As a
- result, traditional Zhenjiu therapy offi
(
) cially became the western reflex thera

py. Just as it is!

However, today we have sound rea

sons to assert, that according to biophys , ical reality the traditional Eastern Zhen - jiu has nothing in common with the

"" western reflex therapy and is, in fact,

functional-vegetative medicine.

The understanding of theoretical bases of the traditional Chinese Zhenjiu
