Govt. of India extends tenure of A.K.

Jain CMD, BPCL by Two Years as reward for turning around Bharat Pumps & Compressors Limited An atmosphere of uncertainty over completion of tenure of Mr A.K.Jain on 31/5/2011 ended when the Govt. of India rewarded Mr A.K.Jain for turning around BPCL and extended his tenure for another two years on 31st May 2011 . Mr A.K.Jain, a graduate in engineering, MBA, LLB ,PGDFM completed tenure on 31/5/2011. BPC family rejoiced the announcement of GOI , there was jubilation amongst the workers & officers to have the leadership of their most choicest CMD Mr A.K.Jain for another two years . Mr A.K.Jain is the person who has not only turned around the company but also got the MINIRATNA status conferred on BPCL . Today BPCL is the only MINIRATNA company in Allahabad .His dynamic leader ship ,vision & mission will go a long way in the prosperity of the company . The news was celebrated like a festival by the families of 1100 employees. He was given a rousing reception at BPCL gate on 31/5/2011 by representatives of the employees union & BPCL Executive Association. and hundreds of workers and officers. Sri A.K.Jain in his address to all the employees on 1st June 2011 conveyed that we all must together strive hard for the growth & prosperity of the company only , he pledged to all the employees to build the image of the company and also motivate co-workers to put equal effort not only to achieve the set target but also to enhance it considerably.
