SUBJECT: Amending Memorandum Circular No. 1-1-95 dated 28 December 1994 and prescribing the Additional Schedule of Radio Operator's Examination for the year 1995. In view of the request of some NTC Regional Directors) and the increasing number of applicants who wish to take the General Operator's Certificate examination being given every Friday, Memorandum Circular No. 1-1-95 is hereby amended. The additional schedule of examination for radio operators for the year 1995 shall be observed as follows:

The following revised schedule of special examinations shall be conducted every Wednesday and Friday. . I. For Wednesday Schedule: 1. Removal examinations for .those who fail in the GOC Code test and Plotting Examinations. 2. First Class Radiotelegraph Code Removal 3. Restricted Aircraft Radiotelephone Operator's Permit. II. For Friday Schedule: 1. Restricted Ship Radiotelephone Operator's Certificate 2. General Operator's Certificate. This Circular shall take effect immediately Circulars that are inconsistent herewith.
