Are you driven to capitalize on your potential and enhance your performance?
This one-on-one coaching programme is unlike any self development and career
enhancement programme ever offered. As a client, you will spend a minimum of 12 weeks
building your life strategies, being guided as you take accountable action steps towards
making your greatest desires a reality. If you are like many, you often set goals but
sometimes lack the motivation to follow them through.
With the nurture and guidance of Kay Olufemi-Ayoola and Sydney Sanni (your Executive/
Performance Improvement Coaches),you will be accountable for changes you want to make
in your life. No doubt you know that accountability is most often the key to taking
affirmative action.
The personal coaching programme has massive life changing results on those that have
committed themselves to it. It consists of a minimum of 12 weeks of one hour one-on-one
coaching sessions (3 sessions per month); accompanying these are articles, case studies,
massive constructive feedback, values clarification exercises, 360 degree feedback
evaluations, and the development of detailed performance development plans followed
by massive feedback methodologies.

Who you become is the master key to finding your calling/ dream job, who you must become lays more
emphasis on the journey, not the destination. Your journey, your learning experiences, the preparation
for the next level the personal stretch assignments, where your reach exceeds your grasp. Pursuing your
stretch goals is usually more thrilling than achieving it; the chase is the thing, the journey is the

Coaching Engagement: Is based on the strategic context of the coaching relationship as defined in coaching
agreement between the client and Executive toolkit; the under listed components will be agreed upon:
Confidentiality agreement
Business results expected, including any desired behavioral changes.
Agreement on how success will be measured, including specific metrics and measurement systems
used.
Diagnostics and Assessments: Assessments and diagnostic tools are chosen based on client and
organizational needs. Appropriate diagnostic tools might include:
Face-to-Face Interviews.
360 degree Feedback Surveys
Recent performance appraisals
Shadow coaching (the coach accompanies and observes the executive during their daily routine,
meetings, presentations, etc.)
Personal Interest, Attitudes and Values Assessments
Feedback, Goal Setting, and Action Planning: The coach and client agree on current performance levels
and behaviors, identifying the future desired performance and behavior paradigms and standards. Next,
the coach assists the client in identifying or creating their own goals, objectives, beliefs, and paradigms.
The executive works with their coach to develop SMART goals. Finally the client processes support and
context from the coach, creates an initial action plan to achieve development goals.

Coaching for Success: The client and coach agree on the action plan and the client begins to take action. The
coach supports the client by providing challenge to accelerate learning at a pace that is still comfortable for the
client. Weekly coaching sessions provide the opportunity for authentic dialogue to review progress.
Achievements are celebrated. Breakdowns are reviewed and analyzed to gain insights for removing future
impediments to progress. The coach provides perspective, context, and process to ensure the client's success.
Learning and developmental techniques may include:
Traditional training
Books, articles & Case studies
Shadow coaching (if possible)
Action Learning techniques
Role plays, Simulations, and Practice Sessions
Journaling
Accountability
Tracking tools for performance metrics
Reassess, Refine, and Achieve Sustainability: After an initial period (usually three to six months) assessments
that gauge progress toward defined goals are conducted. Often an assessment conducted at the beginning of
the process is repeated. Milestones achievements are reviewed Any changes needed to ensure continued
progress are implemented. The client also provides feedback on the value of the coaching service received,
and identifies areas for improvement. The step is repeated until the goals are achieved. At the completion of
this stage the executive has fully integrated the learning into their behavior and is able to self-manage their
new way of being.

The 3-6 month minimum commitment may be paid upfront in its entirety with a 10-15% discount.
Payment is to be received within 30 days of billing. A 30-day advance notice is required for the
termination of a coaching engagement.
Cancellation of a session without a 24-hour notice may result in the forfeiting of a session for that
week. In almost all cases, alternative times can be arranged, but advanced notice of this is needed.

Kay and Ladi are committed to your success and will be fully prepared and punctual for all coaching

About Us
Sidney Sanni
Started his speaking career as a teenager and has been involved in philanthropic work ever since.
From working with prison inmates and serving displaced peoples to speaking at seminars and
leadership conferences he has always been involved in helping people discover their destinies and
achieve their innermost desires and goals. He
studied English at university and has a post graduate diploma in Public Relations. He is also a certified
coach and purpose success practitioner. He is the founder and CEO of Life Vision. Ltd, a social
enterprise based in the U.K. Sidney also heads several commercial ventures in training, his own
information marketing business as well as publishing. He is the co-founder & Partner of Executive toolkit:

Kay Olufemi-Ayoola
He has been a practicing Career Development expert and Coach for over 5years; he has inspired
thousands to reach personal and professional fulfillment and transform their careers. Using individual
and group coaching, conducting hands-on workshops and seminars and consulting with organizations
, he coaches his clients to advance up the corporate ladder quickly, and love the job they have or land
their dream job. Kay's active engagement in Human Resources and Career Development began in the
mid 1990's as an undergraduate conducting Personal Achievement Success Seminars (P.A.S.S) and
Career Talks, which were aimed at helping students maximize their potentials regardless of prevailing
obstacles in their environment. He has extensive work experiences from various Consulting firms and
was Head, Human Resources Vigeo Oil & Gas Limited, and Chief Operating Officer, After School
Graduate Development Centre before his appointment as Head, Human Resources &
Administration, Spring Life Assurance Plc (a subsidiary of Bank PHB). Kay is the founder and
Coordinator of Daystar Christian Centre's Career Development Unit CareerPlus+ (started in 2004). He
is a frequent speaker at seminars conferences and has published well over 60+ articles on Career
Development, Personal Branding, Career Change & Transitions and Graduate Employability to
date. He is the co-founder & Partner of Executive toolkit: Peak Performance Coaches.
