Gauge

The peripheral / radial holes toleranced like holes in the flat surface. Gauges fitted with sliding / removable gauging elements. Diameter of the central plug = 30 Dia of the Gauging plugs = 6.85 Dia of holes in centre plug = 6.85 Slide fit for gauge plugs The four holes to be separately checked for size and position from base.

-The gauge mounted in base, Part held against Datum A, the plain pins must enter in all four holes in centre plug through component holes. - The base removed the four stepped plugs must enter simultaneously.

Axis of hole is located at extreme position to the left of true position axis (but within tolerance zone)

GAUGE FOR ANGULAR HOLES

Separate gauge pin for each hole is required. The part must accept gauge pins in all holes simultaneously This gauge also checks orientation and cylindricity of all holes, all within the same tolerances given for position.
