THE OPTIMIZATION OF A DYNAMIC PLAN OF AN ANNUAL PROGRAM FOR PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION

Abstract: In this paper the procedure and criteria of the optimization of a dynamic plan for realization of an annual program for construction of infrastructural facilities in a town, are showen in a concise way. The way and the program of investment into public objects are briefly explained and the criteria for choosing infrastructural objects are given as well. Further, the procedure for applying the method of linear programming is shown for real conditions of public infrastructural construction. A mathematical procedure for optimization of that program is presented so as to use all available capacities and resources: labour force, mechanization and financial resources with a view to determine the optimal deadlines of construction of chosen objects ( according to types and amounts of works in the function of limited financial resources).
