Parivartan 17th Nov, 2013 First Round: It will be an online inter BSchool quiz.

The shortlisted teams will be called on campus for the next round of events. On CampusFirst Round: It will be a negotiation based game. The teams will be asked to join together and work as two different groups. Negotiating groups should include one team with fact Sheet #1 and one team with fact Sheet #2. Now both these teams will nominate a negotiator who will communicate directly and as often as necessary with the negotiator from the other team. Once this choice has been made, this role may not be assumed by any other person. Team members are not allowed to witness communications between the negotiators. This negotiation will aim at finding out the information that only the other team will have. Throughout this process, the teams will be attempting to gain information from each other in an attempt to win. The winning team will be the one whose negotiator is the first to submit in writing the correct day and time and with the correct Final Round: This will be a case study based round where the participants will be provided with complex business situation and will have to brainstorm to arrive at the optimum solution. They will be given a preparation time of about fifteen mins in which will be required to present their solution through a small ppt to the judges, of around five minutes followed by Q&A by the judges. Total duration for both the rounds will be four hours. Prize Money: Rs. 15000
