PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM Better Caring Behavior, Knowledge and Competence for Improve Outcomes.

The program aims to provide a structured education program and actual demonstration for nursing staff on different hospitals within the province. The topics covered include subjects on how nurse can be a more caring person, an information provider and more skilled and competence health care provider and update the sessions on topics of interest to nursing staff

Each clinically-focused learning experience is delivered in an interactive format designed to enhance understanding and knowledge retention through the use of return demonstration, case studies, questions and answers, and pre- and post-tests.
