Executive summery
Plano High School along with Plano Independence School District has build a large stadium to accommodate its growing population. The Stadium has a budget of 25 million and can hold maximum 20,000 people along with a large parking area.

Key Deliverables and milestones

The building plan must be completed by July 15th 2014. The site prep must be completed by September 15th 2014. The build must be completed by April 30th 2015. The stadium will be ready to open on May 30th 2014.

Tarps were kept on hand incase of rain Built runoffs so it would not flood during construction

Construction safety issues

Fenced off construction areas More dangerous constructions were done mostly on weekends and nights Noises were kept down during certain school hours Equipment was kept out of students reach. Background checks for all construction workers and maintenance Construction site will be heavily lit at night to avoid accidents
