Warehouse Worker Training Program

Program overview
This six week program will provide knowledge and skill development leading to employment in a warehouse/distribution centre.

Program Highlights
Upon completion of the program, participants will have an understanding of work within the warehouse industry material handling skills including use of a pallet !ack, headset and keyboard" safe lifting techni#ues and safe work practices re#uired to work in a warehouse environment an increase in essential skills related to reading, document use and numeracy knowledge of time management, budgeting and personal fitness skills $ndividuals selected for the program will receive financial support during the program. Participants who successfully complete the program will be offered full%time warehouse assembler positions with &oblaw 'ompanies &td. in (egina. )tarting salary *+,.+-/hr.

Eligibility requirements
