Muffins 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup white sugar 3/4 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 egg 1 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup vegetable oil Chocolate Sauce 2 1/4 cups granulated sugar 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups whole milk 1 tablespoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 12 muffin cups. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking soda in a large bowl. Whisk egg, yogurt, milk, and vegetable oil in another bowl until smooth; pour into chocolate mixture and stir until batter is just blended. Fill prepared muffin cups 3/4 full.

Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 20 minutes. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes

For the sauce. Place dry ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan with the milk and whisk to combine, bring the mixture to a boil. reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, whisking often. Remove from heat and add vanilla
