Strawberry Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients
Crust 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons white sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup vegetable oil Filling 2 cups strawberries, sliced 1 (13.5 ounce) package strawberry glaze 1 small package cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup confectioners sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F Stir crust ingredients together with fork. Pat mixture into bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Poke holes in bottom and side of crust.

Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until light brown. Stir strawberries with glaze in a bowl and place in refrigerator to chill. Stir cream cheese, confectioners sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract together in a bowl.

Beat cream in a separate bowl with an electric mixer just until it begins to thicken; add cream cheese mixture and continue beating until thick. Pour cream mixture into cooled pie crust. top with strawberry mixture.

Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
