After learning about emotional health, the players will create a plan for stress management that can be implemented in their everyday life. (Psychomotor ).

Assessment of Emotional Health DOK 3: Strategic Thinking The players will have learned about emotional health, ways to cope, stress management, and how to stay positive under pressure. To assess their learning, I will have them create a plan for stress management that includes organizing days. The calendar worksheet is located in Appendix D. They will also attempt meditation using the UCLA website (http://marc.ucla.edu/body.cfm?id =22)

Emotional Health I will give a quick lecture about emotional health that includes ideas about stress management, positivity, coping strategies, and then have a class meditation that allows them to try a different kind of stress relief. The PowerPoint handout that the lecturer will lecture from is under Appendix A.
