On the interaction of the circularly polarized electromagnetic radiation with matter.
Summary. An interaction of the circularly polarized electromagnetic radiation (CP EMR) with
condensed matter is analyzed on the quantum level of consideration. Relation of the phenomena
observed after this interaction to the macroscopic effect by Sadovsky is established. It is shown
that the existence of such phenomena as follows: a) an ordering or a disordering of a crystalline
structure of the sample after the CP EMR action to its precursor, namely the sample substance
solution or melt as dependent on the sign of the CP EMR spin; b) a small CP EMR energy
input needed for the above phenomenon implementation; c) a high permeability of the CP EMR
to the matter under action; and d) ability of the CP EMR to act in a special manner to a shielded
sample rather than to an unshielded one does not contradict established conformities to natural
law and needs no hypothesis of unconventional (torsion, etc.) radiations participation for their
interpretation.
