Goal(s) The audience will know the difference between a want and a need and how it can affect their budget and spending. 2. Prior Knowledge The instructor will play the song If I had a Million Dollars. The audience will march around the room while the song is pl aying. Each audience member will be asked to imagine that an alien spaceship flew through the atmosphere of the planet and kidnapped everyone in the world except his or her family. The ship will return in 10 years and bring everyone back. Nothing else was affected at all, so all of the buildings, animals and plants are still alive. -The audience members will discuss with a partner how their family would survive until everyone returns. The audience members should answer the following questions: -How will they find food and water? -Where will they live?
