E una pittura allacqua per interni dotata di particolare morbidezza al tatto simile alla pelle di renna. Il VALRENNA composto da pigmenti e resine speciali che permettono di realizzare effetti decorativi simili al tessuto morbido con sfumature di estrema eleganza. Inoltre pu essere facilmente pulito con una spugna morbida bagnata con acqua e sapone neutro. Gli Effetti decorativi di seguito riportati si possono realizzare sia con il VALRENNA Soft che con il VALRENNA Extra Soft con la differenza che nella versione Extra Soft il VALRENNA maggiormente morbido, pi soffice al tatto e pi a rilievo. Il VALRENNA si pu applicare su svariati supporti come muri in cemento, intonaco, gesso, cartongesso, legno, ferro, previo adeguato trattamento. CARATTERISTICHE: Per ottenere i colori del catalogo sufficiente mescolare accuratamente il VALRENNA con la relativa quantit di pasta colorante, denominata COLORI, descritta sotto ogni pastiglia colore. Tale colorazione va fatta obbligatoriamente anche per il fondo PRIMER 400. Il Color fornito in appositi dosatori da 80 e 480 ML. (oculatamente graduati) che consentono di erogare la giusta quantit di prodotto ed ottenere quindi il colore scelto. APPLICAZIONE: 1) Effetto Renna: Stendere il VALRENNA a pennello in modo incrociato, con pennellate ridotte ed in tutte le direzioni. Dopo aver applicato il VALRENNA su una superficie di circa 1 mq, ripassare a pennello scarico di prodotto, il supporto decorato, accarezzando il VALRENNA con pennellate in tutte le direzioni in modo da far affiorare maggiormente lEffetto Renna. Dopo circa 5 - 6 ore a 20C, procedere allapplicazione della seconda mano di VALRENNA con le stesse modalit sopra descritte. Per realizzare lEffetto Renna il VALRENNA deve essere diluito al 10 - 20% con acqua. 2) Effet to Shantung: Stendere e distribuire bene il VALRENNA con rullo a pelo corto a fasce larghe circa 1 metro e alte 1 - 2 metri. Subito dopo, a prodotto bagnato, spazzolare il VALRENNA dallalto verso il basso e viceversa con la speciale Spazzola PV 88 in modo da creare striature simili al tessuto Shantung. Per la decorazione di angoli e zone difficili da raggiungere si pu utilizzare la Spazzola pi piccola PV 89. Dopo circa 5 - 6 ore a 20C applicare la seconda mano di VALRENNA con la stessa tecnica della prima. Per realizzare lEffetto Shantung il VALRENNA deve essere diluito al 20 - 30% con acqua. 3) Effetto Lino: Stendere e distribuire bene il VALRENNA con rullo a pelo corto a fasce larghe circa 1 metro e alte 1 - 2 metri. Subito dopo, a prodotto bagnato, spazzolare il VALRENNA dallalto verso il basso e viceversa con la speciale Spazzola PV 88. Per la decorazione di angoli e zone difficili da raggiungere si pu utilizzare la Spazzola pi piccola PV 89. Dopo circa 5 - 6 ore a 20C applicare la seconda mano di VALRENNA e quando il prodotto ancora bagnato, spazzolare in senso orizzontale da destra verso sinistra e viceversa in modo da creare striature incrociate simili al tessuto di lino. Per realizzare lEffetto Lino il VALRENNA deve essere diluito al 20 - 30% con acqua. NORME DIMPIEGO: 4) Gesso, cartongesso, legno e ferro. Pulire bene, sgrassare dove necessario. Sulle superfici in ferro applicare, se opportuno, una o pi mani di antiruggine WIKTOR allacqua. Stuccare i punti ammalorati e dopo lessiccazione dello stucco, carteggiare per rendere il supporto liscio. Applicare poi con rullo a pelo corto due mani di PRIMER 400 colorato e diluito al 10 - 30% con acqua attendendo circa 6 ore a 20C tra la prima e la seconda mano. Dopo circa 12 ore a 20C, dalla stesura della seconda mano di PRIMER 400, procedere con il ciclo applicativo del VALRENNA come riportato ai punti 1, 2 e 3 a seconda dellEffetto estetico finale che si vuole ottenere. 5) Supporti incerti, ammalorati, polverosi. Carteggiare, asportare tutto ci che mal ancorato e lavare con acqua e sapone adeguato e quando il supporto asciutto stuccare dove necessario. Applicare poi con rullo a pelo corto due mani di PRIMER 400 colorato e diluito al 10 - 30% con acqua attendendo circa 6 ore a 20C tra la prima e la seconda mano. Dopo circa 12 ore a 20C, dalla stesura della seconda mano di PRIMER 400, applicare il VALRENNA come riportato ai punti 1, 2 e 3 a seconda dellEffetto che si vuole ottenere. DATI TECNICI: Peso Specifico: 1.075 30 gr/LT. a 20C. VALRENNA is an interior water-based paint which is unusually soft to the touch, similar to buckskin. VALRENNA is made up of special resins and pigments which enable decorative effects similar to soft fabric to be achieved, with colour shades of extreme elegance. In addition, it can be easily cleaned with a soft sponge moistened with water and neutral soap. The decorative Effects described below can be achieved both with VALRENNA Soft and with VALRENNA Extra Soft, with the difference that in the Extra Soft version, VALRENNA is even softer, more yielding to the touch and in greater relief. VALRENNA can be applied to many types of surface, such as walls in cement, plaster, plaster of Paris, plasterboard and wood, after a suitable treatment has been applied. CHARACTERISTICS: To obtain the colours in the catalogue, simply mix VALRENNA carefully with the appropriate quantity of COLORI colouring paste, as described under each colour sample. This colour-mixing must be performed without fail, even for the PRIMER 400 base coat. COLORI is supplied in 80 ml and 480 ml applicators (suitably graduated), which allow delivery of the correct quantity of product and so enable the chosen colour to be obtained. APPLICATION: 1) Buckskin Effect: Spread the VALRENNA with a brush in criss-cross fashion, with small brush-strokes going in all directions. After VALRENNA application on a surface of about 1 sqm. touch up the decorated surface again using a brush with no product on it in a very soft and delicate way with strokes of brush in all directions to accentuate Bucking Effect. After about 5 - 6 hours at 20C, apply the second coat of VALRENNA, using the same procedure as described above. To obtain the Buckskin Effect, VALRENNA must be diluted 10 - 20% with water. 2) Shantung Effect: Spread and distribute the VALRENNA well with a short-haired roller in strips about 1 metre wide and 1 - 2 metres high. Immediately afterwards, while the product is still wet, brush the VALRENNA from top to bottom and vice versa with the PV 88 special brush so as to create streaks similar to Shantung fabric. To deacorate corners and areas that are difficult to reach, the smaller PV 89 brush may be used. After about 5 - 6 hours at 20C, apply the second coat of VALRENNA, using the same technique as above. To obtain the Shantung Effect, VALRENNA must be diluted 20 - 30% with water. 3) Linen Effect: Spread and distribute the VALRENNA well with a short-haired roller in strips about 1 metre wide and 1 - 2 metres high. Immediately afterwards, while the product is still wet, brush the VALRENNA from top to bottom and vice versa with the PV 88 special brush. To decorate corners and areas that are difficult to reach, the smaller PV 89 brush may be used. After about 5 - 6 hours at 20C, apply the second coat of VALRENNA, and while the product is still wet, brush horizontally from right to left and vice versa so as to create streaks similar to linen fabric. To obtain the Linen Effect, VALRENNA must be diluted 20 - 30% with water. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: 4) Plaster of Paris, plasterboard, wood and iron. Clean well, degrease where necessary. On iron surfaces, if appropriate, apply one or two coats of WIKTOR water-based anti-rust primer. Fill the damaged areas, and when the filler is dry, sand the surface to make it smooth. Then, using a short-haired roller, apply two coats of PRIMER 400, colour-mixed and diluted 10 - 30% with water, waiting about 6 hours at 20C between the first and second coats. About 12 hours at 20C after the application of the second coat pf PRIMER 400, carry out the VALRENNA application cycle as described in points 1, 2 and 3, according to the aesthetic Effect which you wish to obtain. 5) Weak or dusty supports needing repair. Sand, remove all poorly-anchored coatings, wash with water and a suitable soap, and when the surface is dry fill where necessary. Then, using a short-haired roller, apply two coats of PRIMER 400, colour-mixed and diluted 10 - 30% with water, waiting about 6 hours at 20C between the first and second coats. About 12 hours at 20C after the application of the second coat pf PRIMER 400, apply VALRENNA as described in points 1, 2 and 3, according to the Effect which you wish to obtain. TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Specific Weight: 1.075 30 g/l at 20C. Dilution: PRIMER 400 should be diluted 10-30% with water; VALRENNA should be diluted 10 - 20% with water for the Buckskin Effect, whereas for the Shantung Effect and the Linen Effect it should be diluted 20 - 30%, again with water. Coverage: VALRENNA approximately 1 litre per 7 - 8 square metres; PRIMER 400 approximately 1 litre per 7 - 8 square metres. Packaging: PRIMER 400 is available in 0.75 litre and 5 litre packs; VALRENNA is available in 0.75 litre and 5 litre packs; COLORI is available in 80 ml and 480 ml for colouring both VALRENNA and PRIMER 400. All products should be mixed thoroughly before use. Application temperature: no lower than +5C and no higher than +30C, away from direct sunlight. Drying: dry after 5 - 6 hours at a temperature of 20C. Hardens after 24 hours, depending on the ambient temperature. Appearance of the product: opaque, with buckskin and textile effect. Strength: after the hardening process is complete, a transparent film develops which provides a high level of resistance to normal wear. Washability: 15 days after application VALRENNA acquires its final properties, becoming breathable and resistant to washing with water and neutral soap. Equipment cleaning: use water. Storage: make sure the tin is tightly closed, even after use, at a temperature no lower than +5C and no higher than +30C. Stability: approximately 2 years. Tout de suite aprs, lorsque la peinture est encore humide, brosser VALRENNA de haut en bas et de bas en haut laide de la spatule spciale PV 88 afin de crer des striures analogues au tissu Shantung. La spatule PV 89 est conseille pour peindre les coins et les zones difficilement accessibles. Aprs 5 6 heures 20 C, procder lapplication de la deuxime couche de VALRENNA selon la mthode utilise prcdemment. Pour raliser leffet Shantung, VALRENNA doit tre dilu avec 20 - 30% deau. 3) Aspect Lin: tendre et bien rpartir VALRENNA au rouleau poils courts sur des bandes dun mtre de large et dun deux mtres de haut. Tout de suite aprs, lorsque la peinture est encore humide, brosser VALRENNA de haut en bas et de bas en haut laide de la brosse spciale PV 88. Pour raliser leffet Lin, VALRENNA doit tre dilu avec 20 30% deau. MODE DEMPLOI: 4) Pltre, placopltre, bois et fer. Bien nettoyer et dgraisser si ncessaire. Sur les surfaces en fer, appliquer le cas chant au moins une couche dantirouille leau WIKTOR. Mastiquer les endroits abms et une fois que le mastic a sch, poncer pour lisser le support. Appliquer ensuite laide dun rouleau poils courts deux couches de PRIMER 400 color et dilu avec 10 30% deau. Attendre environ 6 heures 20C entre la premire et la deuxime couche. Aprs environ 12 heures 20C aprs lapplication de la seconde couche de PRIMER 400, appliquer VALRENNA selon les indications des points 1, 2 et 3 en fonction de leffet dsir. 5) Supports incertains, abms, poussireux. Ayrca su ve ntr sabun ile slatlm yumuak bir snger ile de kolaylkla temizlenebilmektedir. Aada aktarlan dekoratif efektler, hem VALRENNA Soft hem de VALRENNA Extra Soft ile gerekleebilmektedir. Extra Soft versiyonunda VALRENNA daha fazla yumuak, dokunua daha esnek ve daha fazla kabartmaldr. VALRENNA uygun ilem ile imento, plaster, tebeir, kartonpiyer, ahap, demir duvarlar gibi farkl destekler zerine uygulanabilmektedir. ZELLKLER: Katalog renklerini elde etmek iin, VALRENNAy her renk tableti altnda tanmlanan, COLORI olarak adlandrlan ilikin renklendirici macun miktar ile dikkatli bir ekilde kartrmak yeterlidir.
