Behavior Strategies Reflection From this assignment I learned that there were many different ways to handle behavior problems and to display behavior problems. I learned that you have to be fair to each child and everyone should get treated the same in every situation. This assignment was very helpful. It allowed Kara and I the opportunity to dive a little bit deeper in the world of classroom, management and helped us with ideas for our own classrooms and ideas that we definitely don't want to turn to. There are several official and unofficial documents and plans that equally help to assess the situation at hand quickly and calmly. These strategies help us learn that.
