2014 FRIENDS OF THE BELOIT JANESVILLE SYMPHONY (BJS)

Thank you for considering participating in the 6th Annual Trivia/General Knowledge Contest to help raise funds for the Friends of the Beloit Janesville Symphony (BJS). The evening promises to be fun and entertaining as contestants will be able to try their hand at answering approximately 125 questions covering a variety of subjectsfrom history and music/entertainment to geography and sports. There will be something for everyone!! The cost for a table of up to eight participants is $200. Hopefully area businesses and organizations will consider sponsoring a table (or more), which can be filled by their own members or a group representing them (if you desire). Or you can make a donation in support and sponsorship of the contest/BJS. Or if a group of eight wish to donate $25 each, they can have their own team! In all ways, the funds will be going to an outstanding causethe BJS! Please complete this form and return it to event coordinator Gregg Bosak prior to January 23, 2014 (or as early as you can if possible to help us gauge the number of teams participating).
