Subject: Application for Medical Office help To whom it may concern: I am pleased to submit my application for the position of Medical Office help with Niagara Ear Nose and Throat. My skills and experience, as detailed in my attached resume, are ideally suited to this position. I will be completing the academic requirements of the Office Administration - Executive program in December, 2013 and am in a position to commence work immediately. I will graduate from the program in April, 2014. My experience includes working as an administrative assistant for Llewellyn Construction. In this role and in my previous roles over the last five years, I provided a diverse range of customer service and administrative support functions including: managing schedules, office management, drafting communications, payroll, reception, records management, report preparation, research, preparing presentations, meeting coordination, and project and event management. I am confident that I will bring valuable skill in all these areas to be an asset to the Vice Presidents department. I am a quick learner and have advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software. I am also fluent in French, and plan on taking a few more courses over the next few months as a refresher. I have excellent communication and organizational skills, an outstanding work ethic and the ability to work well within team oriented and self-directed environments. I am also able to relocate.
