community. In this era, teachers are responsible to give education and make changes to someone behaviour. Teacher should be able to master the technology and they need to increase their own knowledge so that the students will able to follow them. There are many steps to make our teacher to become a good agent of change that is, in social life, teacher as a facilitator, developing understanding and interest in the classroom and as a role model. First of all, media has given us lots of negative influences to our children, especially internet and television. They usually bring it to the school and by the end discipline problem occurs. Teachers can actually make a positive contribution to this situation. They must think creatively to find way to help the children to change their view to this problem. With a good moral supports and stressing the negative things, this will make sure that students believe in their teacher and by the end it make a good environment of learning in the classroom. Although to make students to understand in all sub ect in the classroom are difficult, yet there is still can be change. For e!ample, when some students did not understand what the teacher are teaching in the classroom, it shows that some techni"ue must be change. For instants, teachers must make use of different methods in teaching to get students interest. Therefore, by enhancing teacher#s techni"ue of teaching, it may helps developing the students understanding and interest to overcome their problems. In addition to motivate students, teachers must know where to start. They seemed often to forget that these students are not from same background life. In terms of that, they need to determine students who are facing problems in school. Teachers should facilitate students with full commitment in all aspect. $y doing this, students will not feel that they are abandon among the rest. %any of social problems happened

today because of lack motivation and guided from parents and teachers. %ake students active participants in learning. &tudents learn by doing, making, writing, designing, creating, solving. 'assivity dampens students( motivation and curiosity. 'ose "uestions. )on(t tell students something when you can ask them. Encourage students to suggest approaches to a problem or to guess the results of an e!periment. We often teach in the classroom but we did not spend a few minutes to understand what the students need. Indeed, motivation from teachers gives a hope that makes students# changes. Finally, it will surprise that some students nowadays does not have that respect anymore. Thus, whenever teacher tries to discipline the students, parents and lawyer will get involve. This situation actually can be replace by making students to belief that teacher is a good role model for them. The important "uality for an ideal teacher is to be very understanding in respect of the behaviour of the children. Though the teacher and the students are a generation apart, it would be great "uality in a teacher if he could understand the woes of the students, and to help them out of their seemingly little problems, and also feel for them. With this attitude of friendship with the students, the teacher will win the confidence and they will always discuss their problems with him and they will also take him as their confidante. For this, the teacher has to put himself in the shoes of the students, understand their feelings, and he will be loved for this. In turn, his wards will also learn the art of helping their younger siblings or friends in solving their problems. In conclusion, we can easily see from these few e!amples the teachers as an agent of change influence on students# social life, developing a good interest of learning in classroom, being motivated and facilitated, and respect of the teachers as role model to them.

Reflection All in all, this assignment can be concluded as important issues that need the teacher to think and take actions in our education system. When I first got this assignment, I felt that the information I had gathered will be useful to teachers in school. I mostly had less difficulty in searching materials for this assignment and the information is easily to find in internet. %any sources can be related to this topic. $eside than that, this assignment can improve more in my accuracy of language besides enhancing my writing skills. I have got many e!periences when e!ploring the materials or method, not only improving my reading skills but also in the same time, gained some new knowledge that I did no before. Whenever I have started this assignment, I have encountered some problems. The ma or problems that I faced were difficulty in searching books that related to the topic. This is because as a new student, I still did not get the pass to borrow the book. &econdly, when I tried to get into the library, it already closed. %ost of timetable is pack with sub ects and I can ust only spend a few minutes to get my breakfast, lunch and prayer time. Even though I can access internet here, but it seemed useless. %ost of the education websites are limited and block by the provider and makes me so frustrated in completing this task. Another problem that I faced was lack of time. With others assignment that need to be submitted, I need to rush over finishing this task. I have tried to find ways to overcome all the problems that I faced. At last, I managed to solve it. $y asking "uestions to my class members and lecturers help me in completing this task. As a student, I need to force myself in mastering the language so that I can become a better language learner. There are many ways that I have done in enhancing my language skills, such as read lots of articles, using proper language whenever I ask to my lecturers and my classmates, and others. From this task also gave me a deep meaning because the topic itself is related to me as a teacher. &o, I can use it to improve myself when I am in the school. $ased on e!periences finishing this task, it sure helps me to enhance me to a better language learner.
