I work 9:30-1:30 Monday-Friday and am available via aschnabel@ualr.edu Chad-Work responsibilities constrain the hours I'm available to focus on the class to 5:00-7:00 and after 5:30/6:00; however, I do access email (cxgarrett@ualr.edu, not Blackboard) constantly and can respond quickly. Sarah-work hours also constrain my time; I am available workdays after 6pm and via smmiller@garverusa.com in limited amounts. Other information about team members that may affect the project Angela will be out of the country from Monday June 11-Friday June 15th Statement about how the team will resolve issues Open discussion, creative problem solving, redistribution of work as needed. If the team can not reach a consensus within 12 hours the decision will be voted on by the other team members Statement of how the team will handle missed deadlines The project manager emails a reminder to the team member who is late. If the team member does not respond within 24 hours, the project manager contacts the instructor. If the team member does respond with a valid excuse and a reasonable deadline, the project manager informs the team of the new deadline. (from Chapter 3 page 36) Statement of what constitutes unacceptable work and how the team will handle this Unacceptable work is work that is obviously lacking unique material (all copied/pasted from sources), riddled with spelling and/or grammatical errors, or is way off topic and is therefore unusable. The team could handle this by having the project manager (or a representative designated by the project manager) contact the team member about the unacceptable work, advises them what was unacceptable, offers helpful suggestions on areas of improvement, and asks them to revise within 48 hours. (Paraphrased from Chapter 3 page 37)
