Design of Transfer Plate should follow following steps while confirming to following structural requirements Step 1- 100% stressing

Apply total loads including the loads above the GF level (transfer Loads) Check Both Service and Ultimate conditions Step 2- 50% stressing Apply total loads including the 50% loads above the GF level (transfer Loads up to 2rd Floor) Check Both Service and Ultimate conditions Step 3- 50% stressing Apply total loads of the GF level (no transfer Loads and live loads at GF) Check Both Initial and Service conditions

While doing the design, please follow following modeling technics to verify your model Run the Adapt PT for each strip separately and obtain the PT and RC requirement Model the structure separately considering the proposed breaks (pour strips) in the structure. And apply the requirement taken from the PT analysis. Analysis the structure to follow the construction sequence (pouring sequence). Verify the same. Dont do any optimizations here even though it shows, it could be done. If you dont do this step, you have to provide the temporary propping arrangements where ever necessary separately. Model the complete structure to check the compatibility and overall deformation pattern and hope fully to calculate the pour strip reinforcements

Comments for Modeling of the Transfer Plate Use Harped Parabola instead of reverse parabola where it is necessary to transfer the Floating column loads to the nearby supports Pour strip separations seems there is a discontinuity. Please check the first vertical pour strip for pour 1. Please compare it with the drawing previously sent by myself including the tendon arrangement. Use only following type of tendons in this level 1205/805 where it is required to transfer the loads from above level 505 for other areas

Your concern areas actually need PT. please check with the drawing sent you previously. Inform them or ignore it from you design
