Conditions:
1. The employer may terminate this agreement by written notice to the office of Boyd Kelly Management not later
then fourteen (14) days before the date provided herein for the performance, whereupon the agreement shall be
terminated. In the event of the employer failing to terminate the agreement as aforesaid it shall remain in force and
the performer(s) shall be entitled to the full fee as specified herein notwithstanding any purported termination by the
employer. As under Federal Law.
2. The performer may terminate this agreement by sending written notice to the employer at the address herein
provided that such notice is posted/faxed not later than fourteen (14) days before the date provided herein for the
performance, whereupon the agreement shall be terminated.
3. Boyd Kelly Management executes this contract as the duly authorised agent of the performer but is not itself a
party to the contract and accordingly will not be liable for any default of either party.
4. Failure by the employer to sign and return this agreement does not in anyway terminate this agreement. All
conditions of this agreement are expected to be met regardless of the employer failing to sign and return this
