Abstract This research was undertaken to determine the organizational climate of MSU-IIT from the views and perspectives

of various constituent groups within the Institute - the faculty with 231 sample size, students at 1034 sample size and staff at 259 sample sizes, on various aspects of organizational life. The results are meant to provide the contextual frame of reference and springboard for management discussion, planning and action, particularly in augmenting and enhancing organizational health and functioning in key areas of organizational development. Data collection for this descriptive-exploratory research was done through the survey method using a structured questionnaire adapted and modified from previous studies and from an instrument developed by the Institute Planning Office. Computation across variables showed that there is a need for the institute to look into specific areas: culture and diversity, management practices and structure, for the realization of a healthy working environment. These determinants showed very low response rates with reference to their respective means. Using OneWay ANOVA and Pearson Correlation, results showed that students and faculty members across colleges do not have the same perception about the Organizational Climate. The findings also suggest that the determinants being used were highly correlated with each other indicating a strong relationship on the identification of the organizational climate of the institute. Conversely, the determinants presented by the researchers that were proven to have low mean scores should then undergo a thorough evaluation allowing the concerns of different sectors to be addressed.
