General Rules
1. Listen carefully to our customers customers and greet them. When our customer talk to you, be patient and listen carefully. Watch their eyes, smile and say hello to them. 2. Be helpful to our customers. Know how to do customer service 3. Be knowledgeable. Be Familiar with our supermarket and know how to help our customers. 4. Answer the customer service phone. Answer the customer service phone when no one at customer service 5. Don't make useless promise. When you make a promise to our customers, ask manager first if you are not sure. 6. Deal with complaints. Always be nice to our customers, no matter what they did.

General Policies

When our customers pay with a debit card, they can get up to $50 cash back. Our customers need to present coupons when they check out. Our customers must be 21 years to purchase beer and wine. Our customers must be 18 years to purchase cigarettes. Not responsible for money error after check out. None sold to dealers.

Coupon Policy
We are glad to accept all kind of coupon. All coupons must be presented before check out. Expired coupon will not be accepted. The total coupon reduction may not exceed the retail value of the item. Stores honoring double coupons will do so in accordance with our normal Double Coupon Policy.

Coupon Usage: Coupon can be redeemed on a single item, total value cannot exceed the retail value of the item.

Internet Printed Coupons: Internet printed coupons are accepted, they are same as normal coupons.

Coupons with a value of $10.00 or more will NOT be accepted. No coupon with a value of $10.00 will be accepted.

The Return of an item purchased with a coupon: When anyone requesting a refund credit for an item purchased with a coupon will not return the full price.

Customer have to accept these policies when using any coupons.

Asian World Market+ REWARDS Card Privacy Policy


Our card program provide better experience to our customers. For privacy, do not sell our customers names, addresses, or phone numbers to anyone. Asian World Market+ REWARDS Card applications are stored at customer service table. Our customers have to fill out a application to get the card.

Customer Check Acceptance Policy


Customer Check require showing their drivers license or government-issued ID. Customers who use check to pay have to write their current government-issued ID, current physical address and telephone number on their check. The name on the check must be the same name as on the government-issued ID. Only 2 checks may be written in a seven day period for each person. Second hand checks will not be accepted. A service charge will be added to all returned checks.

Return Policy
At Asian World Market, we are going to try our best to make our customers happy. So we exchange or return goods does not completely satisfy our customers. How well process our customers return: Have a receipt? Give full credit or cash back regardless of the original purchase date. No receipt? Look up our customers purchase information with our customers account number. A store credit will be provided if information is correct. Without Proof of Purchase. Give our customers a store credit for the selling price. Foods are not returnable. Foods are not returnable unless there is a quality problem.
