Successfully managed profit & loss results of 10 locations in the Houston market. Reviewed and reacted to daily, weekly and monthly key metrics. Held P & L reviews with Store Managers monthly to address opportunities and create improvement plans. Result: 2011 Top Profit Award in the region. Hired, trained and developed Store Managers in 10 locations in the Houston market. Conducted a bi-monthly coaching clinic with all management to insure continued development and to promote team building. Led weekly conference calls and had one on ones to discuss previous weeks performance and set individual store goals for upcoming week. Held managers accountable for stores performance. Result: Two of my store managers promoted to district managers.

Hired all sales assistants in 10 locations in the Houston market. Conducted new hire training classes and spent the first day with all new hires to insure they stayed engaged and understood what my expectation were.
