    1. General ledger > Journals > Fixed assets 2. Type <Ctrl-N> to create a new disposal journal (DIS)

    &. 'nter a new (ouc!er wit! t!e )ollowin* details+ o o o o 'nter transaction date. Select type o) transactions (Disposal , Sales or Scrap). Select -i.ed /sset nu0%er (12-112). 'nter sellin* a0ount in t!e Credit colu0n.

    Select o))set account.

    3. Clic t!e /ppro(al %utton and select "4eport as ready$.

    5. Clic sa(e and close t!e journal (ouc!ers and journals windows. 6. Clic /rea 7a*e node+ General ledger > Journals > Fixed assets 8. Select t!e 9ournal Name. :. Clic t!e Lines %utton. 21. Clic t!e Validate button -> Validate 0enu %utton. 22. Clic t!e Close %utton. 22. Clic t!e Post -> Post 0enu %utton.
