    How to recover SP CRT DB from backup

    You have two main options. 1. Wipe and start a. Delete all existing listings in SharePoint lists. b. Run initial deployment schedule in AX again. c. All the necessary listings would be sent from AX again and created in the StoreFront. 2. Cleanup and resume a. Determine the latest listing change present in the SharePoint lists and not in the SharePoint DB. i. If SharePoint list is older, CRT DB is newer 1. Determine the latest version that is present in CRT DB but not in SharePoint list. 2. Update RetailCatalogPublishingSyncState to set LastSyncVersion for RetailListing table equal to that value. 3. Update RetailChannelProperties to set the version for RetailListing equal to that value. 4. Resume synchronization. ii. If CRT DB is older, SharePoint list is newer 1. This would happen if backup was older. 2. Delete the listing changes in SharePoint list which are not present in CRT DB. 3. Resume synchronization by fixing counters. iii. SharePoint list and CRT DB are in sync 1. Nothing to do.
