Sausage Roll ingredients

4 x 200g chicken breasts, finely chopped 600g pumpkin, peeled, chopped 2 medium zucchinis, chopped 2 cups grated tasty cheese 1 large onions, very finely chopped 6 slices leg ham, diced 6 sheets puff pastry milk, for brushing tomato sauce, salad, to serve

Preparation method
MAKES 96

1. Preheat oven to hot, 200C. Line 2 oven trays with baking paper. 2. Heat large frying pan on high. Fry chicken for 2-3 minutes, until just cooked through. 3. Boil pumpkin and zucchini in a saucepan of boiling water for 10-12 minutes, until tender. Drain well and mash in a large mixing bowl. Add chicken, cheese, onion and ham. Season to taste and mix well. 4. Cut 1 pastry sheet in half. Spoon mixture lengthways along long edge of each pastry half and roll firmly to enclose filing. Cut each roll into 8 segments. Repeat with remaining ingredients. 5. Arrange rolls on trays and brush with milk. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until puffed and golden brown. Serve with sauce and salad.
