The new facility will help to further integrate cutting-edge technology that aids both ADVERTISEMENT

the treatment and diagnostics of small animal patients and care of customers. With
the implementation of seven new specialties--internal medicine, cardiology, critical
care, emergency, radiology, physical therapy and an internship program--Vetcision
will evolve from a strictly surgical practice to an inclusive specialty practice, without
sacrificing customer service.

"We are elevating the industry standard for veterinary care by making the quality of
care for our patients and their families a priority while treating them in a world-
class facility," says Dr. Brian Huss , hospital CEO and chief of staff who helped
design the facility with TMP Consulting Engineers . "We have implemented key
management programs that ensures that all our patients and their families
experience the highest level of comfort and care."

The hospital also plans to improve its availability to referring doctors and their
patients, while also further enhancing a communication system that allows referring
doctors to check on their patients from the time they enter the hospital through to
their discharge, Huss says.
