At the Pipech Elite Fitness Academy, players will be quicker, stronger, faster, and develop game specific speed and quickness on and off the ball
Training Regimen will include: Ladders, cones, poles, resistance bands, sand bags, soccer balls, and more will all be used to make gains!

Specific speed training to get faster Quickness, footwork, and agility training Improve jumping ability, including heights and quickness off the ground Plyometric exercises to create athletic move quickness, speed, and strength Endurance training to go 90 minutes plus! Strength training and toning through body weight exercises. Soccer players to not need to bench 300 pounds, but need to be strong throughout - Intervals of all the above, mixed with soccer specific drills, skills, and game situations to directly translate gains to the field Great for all players who want to get shredded, get lean, improve speed, fitness, agility, strength, quickness, or to get ready for high school preseason!
