Review the central truth, the memory verse, prayer and confessions, and read the Bible Story with scripture references indicated under the power outlets. As this is done each day, let your child color in or put a sticker on the power outlet located on the back of the devotional. At the end of the week please sign as proof of completion and return to the teacher. Children who complete 3 weeks Power Cords in a month will have their Picture posted in the foyer of Power Source and their name in the newsletter.

Simple dreams and visions are meant to be part of the everyday lifestyle of the believer.

Acts 2:17, I will pour out My Spirit upon all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy; your young men shall see visions.

Father God, Thank you for loving me and taking care of me. Bless my church, Pastor Ron and his family. Bless my teachers for teaching me Your Word. I believe your love is flowing through me to other people. Help me to obey my parents so things will go well with me and I will live a long life on the earth. I will tell how great you are and how much I love you. I thank You that by Jesus stripes I am healed. In Jesus' name, Amen

Sometimes God uses pictures inside our heart to speak to us. This is called a vision and is like a dream you have when you are awake. These visions are to help us understand things in our lives; sometimes it is to help others. People have learned of things God wanted them to do in the future through visions. When we try to hear God speak this way, it helps to close our eyes and focus on God. When He shows you a picture, then ask, Why are you showing me this, God? Images in visions are often symbolic, meaning they stand for something in real life. Visions are just one way God leads us.

Your Word is a lamp unto my feet. Psalm 119:105 But it is good for me to draw near to God. I have put my trust in the Lord God. Psalm 73:28 I shall go out with joy and be led forth with peace. Isaiah 55:12
