d Installing FCBs
1. Fast cycle batteries (FCBs) must be placed in strict accordance with the figure. 2. When connecting cables to FCBs, wear protective gloves and use insulated tools (such as a wrench with its handle wrapped with PVC insulation tape). 3. After connecting one battery cable, partially tighten the bolts first. After connecting all battery cables, tighten all the bolts. The reference torque for tightening bolts is 2025 N.m. 4. Before connecting a cable to an FCB, remove the protective lid from the FCB and reinstall the protective lid after connecting the cable. Remove baffle plates.

Route the cable for connecting front and rear FCBs in serial under the bottom layer of the battery rack from the front side of the integrated controller and converter-HA (ICC500-HA) to the rear side. Leave the red terminal at the front side and the blue terminal at the rear side. PVC insulation tape PVC insulation tape

Before installing the cable for connecting front and rear FCBs in serial, do not remove PVC insulation tape or protective lids from both ends of the cable.

DC-powered load

Verify that the voltage and current of the mains, loads, and FCBs are displayed on the ECC500 standby screen, and all alarm indicators are off. If any alarm indicator is on, rectify the fault by referring to the PowerCube 1000 V300R002C00 14 Engineer Manual. If no exception occurs after the ICC runs for 5 minutes, the commissioning is complete. Then block the cable holes by using fireproof mud and close and lock the cabinet door, and hand the keys over to the person in charge.
